This Privacy Policy explains how Hong Kong HongChuang Trading Limited processes information when you use the HongChuang store, create an account, place an order, make a payment, or contact customer support.

2. Information used for accounts and shopping
You may shop and place an order as a guest. If you register, we process your name, email address, and password for account creation and authentication.
During checkout, we collect your email address, recipient name, telephone number, country, state or province, city, street address, and postal code as required by the address form.
We process cart selections, quantities, and selected currency to maintain your cart and prepare an order. Order records include the products, quantities, prices, currency, delivery details, and order and payment status.
3. How information is used
Personal information is used for account management, order fulfillment, payment, delivery, customer support, and necessary security maintenance.
Account information is used to authenticate you and provide access to your account and order records. Cart, checkout, order, and payment information is used to prepare and manage purchases, match payments to orders, and investigate payment issues.
Information you provide when contacting customer support is used to understand and respond to your request.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through FuturePay's external checkout. To create a payment session, the store sends your email address, delivery country, order and payment identifiers, payment amount, currency, and store return information.
The external payment checkout may collect the payment details required for payment. This store's application does not collect or store your full payment card number or card security code. Payment identifiers and results are recorded as needed to reconcile your order.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The storefront uses necessary cookies for sign-in, cart access, guest order access, and currency selection. The storefront currently does not enable analytics or advertising tracking.
If the store displays Cookie Preferences, the preference is saved in this browser's local storage. Necessary cookies used for shopping functions cannot be disabled through that preference.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing browser data may sign you out, reset shopping preferences, or prevent access to guest orders from that browser. Clearing browser data does not delete order records held by the store.
The external payment checkout may use its own browser storage under the provider's privacy practices.
