Delivery destinations We ship only to the countries and regions available in the checkout country selector. The available destinations are the same as those used for checkout and our Terms & Conditions. If you need help with a delivery address, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com before placing your order. We do not deliver to the following restricted destinations: Afghanistan (AF), Algeria (DZ), Angola (AO), Belarus (BY), Benin (BJ), Bolivia (BO), Bulgaria (BG), Burkina Faso (BF), Burundi (BI), Cameroon (CM), Central African Republic (CF), Congo - Kinshasa (CD), Russia (RU), Croatia (HR), Cuba (CU), Côte d’Ivoire (CI), Guinea (GN), Guinea-Bissau (GW), Haiti (HT), Iran (IR), Iraq (IQ), Israel (IL), Kenya (KE), Laos (LA), Lebanon (LB), Libya (LY), Mali (ML), Monaco (MC), Mozambique (MZ), Myanmar (Burma) (MM), Namibia (NA), Nepal (NP), Niger (NE), Nigeria (NG), North Korea (KP), Palestinian Territories (PS), Somalia (SO), South Africa (ZA), South Sudan (SS), Syria (SY), Tanzania (TZ), Trinidad & Tobago (TT), Ukraine (UA), Vanuatu (VU), Venezuela (VE), Vietnam (VN), Yemen (YE), and Zimbabwe (ZW). These destinations cannot be selected at checkout, and orders using them are not accepted.

Order preparation and delivery time After payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Pre-order, customized, or out-of-stock items may follow separate arrangements, and customer service will communicate with you about delays. After handoff to the carrier, delivery is estimated to take 7–15 business days, excluding preparation time. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, holidays, and carrier arrangements.

Delivery methods Orders are shipped by standard express or postal delivery. The carrier is arranged according to the destination. Contact shop@futurepay-develop.com for manual delivery progress inquiries.

Shipping charges and import costs For ordinary products, shipping is currently free. For CJ products, shipping is calculated at checkout according to the delivery address, product, and quantity. Any applicable shipping charge is shown separately before payment, and the order total displayed before payment is the amount confirmed at checkout. The product price includes taxes collected by the merchant. For cross-border delivery, import duties or destination taxes not included in the quoted amount are the customer’s responsibility. Contact shop@futurepay-develop.com before ordering if you need to confirm possible import costs. Where applicable law provides otherwise, the law applies.

Delivery address details Please provide an accurate recipient name, email address, telephone number, country, state or province, city, street address, and postal code. Whether a state or province and postal code are required depends on the destination country’s address validation rules. Review all delivery details before submitting your order. The website does not allow you to edit an address after an order is submitted. If you notice an error, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com promptly with your order number so we can check whether a correction can be arranged.

Checking your order Customers signed in to an account can view orders associated with that account. For guest purchases, order access depends on the browser used to place the order. Clearing browser data may prevent you from viewing a guest order again. CJ orders support shipment and delivery-status inquiries after tracking information is available. Effective payment and CJ dispatch may generate email notifications, subject to email service configuration and delivery.

Unpaid orders and delivery problems If an order is unpaid and the order page displays a Cancel order option, you may use that option. After payment has been initiated, self-service cancellation cannot be guaranteed. For a delayed or missing delivery, damaged parcel, or incorrect item, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any available photographs. We will review the available information and explain the next steps. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Asia/Shanghai), excluding public holidays.
