Shopping and accounts You may browse and place an order as a guest or create an account for this store. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Guest access to an order depends on information saved in the browser used to place it. Clearing that information or switching browsers may prevent you from reopening the order. Contact us if you need help locating an order.

Products, availability and prices Review the product description, selected option, quantity and price before ordering. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock or lock its price. Availability and prices are checked again when an order is created. Use a currency offered by this store. The amount, currency, products and delivery address saved with your order are recorded when the order is created. Later changes to product prices or store exchange rates do not change that order amount.

Delivery charges, taxes and destinations Review the checkout total before submitting your order. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout and confirmed before payment. Goods are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and handed to the carrier. Pre-order, customized or out-of-stock products may follow separate arrangements, and customer service will communicate about delays. Standard express or postal delivery is used according to the destination. Delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after handover to the carrier, excluding preparation time. Actual timing may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, holidays and carrier arrangements. Delivery progress can be checked through customer service. Product prices include taxes collected by the merchant. International deliveries may incur import duties or destination taxes that are not included in the quoted amount; these costs are the customer’s responsibility. Contact customer service before ordering if you need to confirm applicable charges. Applicable law prevails where it requires otherwise. We deliver only to the countries or regions available in the checkout country selector. The same delivery coverage applies under these terms and the store’s shipping information. We do not accept delivery addresses in the store’s restricted destinations.

Orders and payment After you enter your delivery information, you proceed directly to the payment checkout. Payment is due within two hours of order creation, and the order page displays the payment deadline. Payment is processed through the FuturePay checkout. Returning to this store does not by itself confirm successful payment. Check the order payment status before trying again. If a payment is awaiting review, appears duplicated, or was made after an order expired or was cancelled, contact us with the order number and payment reference. Please do not pay again while the result is being checked. A late payment does not automatically reactivate an order. Valid payment and CJ package dispatch may result in email notifications. Email delivery depends on the applicable email service configuration and successful delivery.

Changes and cancellation Check your items and delivery address before submitting checkout. The website does not provide an order-editing function after an order is created. For an unpaid order with no payment record, the order page offers a cancellation option. Once payment has been initiated, self-service cancellation may no longer be available. For other cancellation requests or incorrect order details, contact us so we can check the order and available next steps. These website limitations do not remove rights available under applicable law.

Returns, exchanges and order problems You may contact customer service to request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. This merchant arrangement does not limit any withdrawal rights, quality guarantees or other consumer rights provided by applicable law. For ordinary returns or exchanges, the goods should remain in good condition and include all accessories, and you should provide order information. Necessary unboxing or inspection does not by itself mean that the goods are damaged. For quality problems, transport damage, incorrect items or missing items, contact customer service with a description of the issue and available photographs so the matter can be reviewed. For returns not caused by a quality problem, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The merchant covers reasonable return costs arising from quality problems, transport damage or incorrect items. No separate return handling fee is charged. Applicable law prevails where it requires otherwise. Before sending anything back, email shop@futurepay-develop.com with your order information, the reason for the return or exchange and relevant photographs. Obtain the return address and shipping instructions before returning the goods. Keep your shipping receipt and do not send goods to the parcel sender address or the store’s business address unless customer service provides that instruction. After the returned goods are received and checked, customer service will normally arrange the refund within 5 business days. Where goods do not need to be returned, the refund will be processed after the refund arrangement is confirmed. Refunds are preferably made through the original payment method. If that method cannot be used, the alternative will be discussed with the customer. The actual time for funds to arrive depends on the payment institution. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, that requirement applies.

Privacy Personal information is used for account management, order fulfilment, payment, delivery, customer service and necessary security maintenance. You may use the privacy contact email, shop@futurepay-develop.com, to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to submit a complaint. Requests are handled by staff after identity verification and according to applicable rules. Account information is retained for the period needed to provide account services. Order, payment and after-sales records are retained for periods determined by fulfilment, dispute handling and applicable tax and financial requirements. Records that must be retained by law will not be deleted immediately after a request. Necessary cookies are used for login, the shopping cart, order access and currency selection. Cookie preferences are stored in local storage. The current storefront does not use analytics or advertising tracking. The service does not promise automatic deletion of order data.

Governing law and consumer rights These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase, including protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sanctions and trade compliance We do not supply goods in transactions prohibited by sanctions, export controls or other trade restrictions applicable to this store. You must not use this store on behalf of a person or entity where the transaction would be prohibited, or use false delivery details, intermediaries or forwarding arrangements to evade applicable restrictions or the store’s delivery exclusions. Orders for these destinations are not accepted. This is the store’s delivery restriction list and does not mean that every listed destination is subject to the same legal sanctions. Where a transaction would breach applicable restrictions, we may decline or suspend it and contact you about any payment already made, subject to applicable law. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
